Who doesn’t love a woman with energy, vivacity and sparkle? We know that Justin Timberlake does! The chart topping pop star recently popped the question to the beautiful Jessica Biel, who played one tough cookie in the A-team. We love the look she sported onscreen and at the Golden Globes, which is our inspiration in planning her eco-chic and fabulous green wedding!
The Save the Dates: Everyone knows that first impressions are lasting impressions. In setting the tone for Jessica and Justin’s glamorous green wedding we loved the look of this elegant Save the Date from one of the many Green Bride Guide vendors, Night Owl Paper Goods. In addition to Save the Dates, they also offer menu cards, thank you cards and matching wedding invitations.

The Venue: Jessica adores the mountains so it was only fitting that Justin popped the question there! Biel grew up in Boulder, Colorado so her ceremony will take place in the beautiful Anderson Park, a nature preserve and popular hiking spot.

The Reception: The Doerr Hosier Center designed by architect Jeffrey Berkus was a $15 million dollar endeavor evoking the Aspen Institute's storied history. This official green facility that’s 22,000 square-feet and Gold LEED certified is also located in the stunning Aspen Meadows. According to Berkus at Shawconstruction.com, "weaving the Stone River sculpture into the meadow and through the center reinforces the connection with nature and the building. From the glass wall to the reflecting pool this beautiful facility has been used by other brides, Aspen Mayor Helen Klanderud and a luncheon for Nobel Prize winner Woli Soyinke. In addition to this remarkable center guests can also mingle on the adjacent Catto Terrace during the reception and enjoy the spectacular mountain views.

The Cocktail Hour: The Herbert Bayers 1955 Garden that was built at The Aspen Meadows is the perfect location for Jessica and Justin’s green cocktail hour. What better place to strike up an interesting conversation surrounded by beautiful sculptures juxtaposed with natural scenery!

The Dress: We noticed a trend in Jessica’s red carpet poses. In a handful of photographs she’s looking back towards the camera wearing dresses that accentuate her back. We love this revealing yet sophisticated look! The lacy number she wore at the Golden Globes is the inspiration behind this vintage piece!

The Flowers: We found these stunning tulips in Jessica’s favorite color, red! Locally grown and pesticide free, these flowers will be a lovely complement to the handmade archway, created using antique French doors. The large Hydrangeas and curly willow will add to Jessica’s vibrant bouquet and stylish wedding dress as she stands under the archway during their vows.

The Menu: Two of Jessica’s favorite foods are Chicken Teriyaki and Mahi Mahi. Fortunately, James Beard nominee Todd Slossberg is the official Chef on the premises at Aspen Meadows. His mouthwatering menu is full of local, regional and sustainable ingredients. We suggest one of her favorite meals Mahi Mahi paired with chutney.

The Guest Book: We can’t forget the fact that Biel is marrying R+B/Pop superstar and cutie Justin Timberlake! A perfect tie-in to his musical background and a wonderful addition to his wall of awards is a vinyl records guestbook signed by family and friends.
