Jon and Lori chose a local caterer, Cool Mint Cafe, who specializes in organic menus. The baker they chose, Sweetish Hill Bakery and Caf?a>, also used organic ingredients.
The couple also found a unique way to cut down on flowers: they used small cakes as centerpieces instead of floral arrangements. This simple eco-friendly choice appealed to their guests' sweet tooths, and did not sacrifice style or elegance.
