Real Green Weddings
Cary and James were very selective when it came to choosing a caterer for their wedding day. Cary is a vegetarian, and many of their guests were either vegetarian or vegan so the couple wanted to incorporate as little meat as possible and use locally produced foods. Little Farm Catering did just that, with fantastic results. The reception menu offered a wide variety of seasonal and locally grown fruits, vegetables and free-range or reel-caught meats and fish.
Cary and James wanted their guests to know about their goals for the menu, so every guest received a description of the foods that they were served and where the ingredients came from. Also included as part of this unique and useful wedding favor was a selection of recipes that the chef, Twillia Glover, had prepared for the reception.
