Real Green Weddings
The couple was married at the Tyrone Farm in Pomfret, Connecticut. Having grown up on a farm, Cary was drawn to this location, and it was the first and only venue that she and James visited. A family run estate dating back to the 1740s, the entire 160 acre farm is powered by electricity generated from a photovoltaic system that feeds excess electricity back into the power grid to provide energy for the surrounding community.
Cary and James loved the natural setting on the farm and it made for the perfect location for their green wedding.
