Real Green Weddings
The small, intimate ceremony and reception included close friends and family and took place at local restaurant Zed 451. Since all of the couple's family and friends would have to travel to the city, keeping it small helped to save on travel emissions. The restaurant also provided transportation to and from the hotel to both cut down on emissions and to save guests the trouble of renting a car. As the bride tells us, “There are enough cars in Chicago as it is, no need to add more!”
