As a massage therapist and yoga instructor, Stephanie knew she just wouldn't be able to wear a ring for most of her day. Shane understood that she didn't want or need an engagement ring, but Stephanie's mother-in-law honored her with an amazing gift. She offered Stephanie a family heirloom trinity diamond she'd once been given by her own late mother. If that weren't enough, she also gave her future daughter-in-law a plain gold wedding band to set the diamond in. The band belonged to Shane's father, who passed fifteen years ago, making it extra special.
Stephanie admits that she accepted this wonderful gift with "many tears and much joy. I have now the most beautiful and special engagement ring I could ever imagine." With the help of Magee Jewelers, the couple was able to recycle two pieces of meaningful jewelry into one new one.
