As the bride and many of her friends are vegetarians, it was important that her caterer provide delicious meat-free options. Stephanie was pleased to find Edwina's Catering and Brewbaker's Catering to meet those needs.
The food at the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were primarily vegetarian dishes, and any food left over was served at the bridal brunch the day after the wedding. "We had zero waste in food, and a lower environmental impact than serving meat based dishes," the bride says.
