The reception decor was in keeping with Stephanie's simple but elegant vision. A single tulip floated upside down in a cylindrical vase, surrounded by votive candles. The groom's mother created table runners for the lodge, using the same material from which she had created the arbor swag.
The couple also saved on electricity and created an intimate mood by using mini-lights and candles instead of the bright overhead lights in the lodge. They even filled the fireplace with pillar candles.
