Instead of placecards, Jessica framed lists of names for guests to find their tables. She plans to use the frames again to put wedding pictures in and give as Christmas gifts to their families.
The caterer for the event was Wolfgang Puck, a company that only uses food purchased locally or grown on-site. Wolfgang Puck also composts all the waste post-wedding or donates it to a local pig farm.
As an added touch, Jessica prepared baskets for the bathrooms with a few toiletries and bamboo towels in hopes to reduce paper towel waste.
