Real Green Weddings
Erin and Geoff wanted to highlight Vermont’s local culture of beer making in their drink selection. They served Wolaver’s Ben Gleason’s White Ale, made from wheat grown by Mr. Gleason at his farm in Bridport, VT as well as serving Long Trail Ale and Rock Art Brewery Ridge Runner.
Wine served came from Upstate New York, and water was served in cleaned and reused wine bottles.
