Real Green Weddings
Decorative functional items took center stage in Monica and Gary’s reception with several items proving to be multipurpose.
Instead of using an excess of paper menus, four framed chalkboards from the Pasadena Flea Market transformed themselves from welcome signs to dinner menus and specialty drink signs. Native potted plants were used as name cards, table accents, and as favors for guests to take home and re-plant. Postcards representing locations the couple has visited together were also used as table markers.
Finally, simple place settings made of sustainable bamboo perfected the beautiful, eco-friendly tables.
