Real Green Weddings
Even though David and Ronalee were unable to find an organic cake, they sought out local fruits and a local bakery, The Bread Basket Cake Company. Fresh raspberries and pure dark chocolate were combined to create their cake. According to Ronalee the finished product was "quite possibly the best wedding cake we had ever eaten!"
With the same care that they chose the cake, the couple carefully selected their caterer, Diana's Creative Catering. Their menu included grass-fed beef, striped bass and locally grown, in-season vegetables.
