Real Green Weddings
Many of the elements of the wedding reflected DIY elements or locally derived components. The table settings were composed of abalone shells and driftwood that was collected, cleaned, and decorated by the couple. Jamie and Jeff placed gifts from local business Mendocino Mustard at each table setting for guests to enjoy.
During all of their planning and research, the couple always chose to stay at State Park campgrounds instead of hotels to save money and reduce the impact on the environment. Ultimately, camping and abalone diving became a favorite memory in planning their wedding.
