Real Green Weddings
After the wedding, all bottles, cans, centerpieces, and even the bride's bouquet went to recycling centers and compost piles.
Instead of purchasing baskets and d?r new, the couple opted to find many supplies from Goodwill. Both the flower girl and the ring bearers held square baskets covered with green moss. Glass bowls from Goodwill were used to display food, and after use, they were donated back.
In lieu of favors, the couple made a donation to the Nature Conservancy in honor of each guest.
