Justin and Sarah's caterer, Pink Avocado is committed to using as many local, seasonal, and organic ingredients as possible. They also “went the extra mile by providing both reusable place settings and biodegradable, corn-based disposable and compostable cups, dishes, etc." These are standard practices for Pink Avocado. Not only are they an eco-conscious caterer, but they also “gave us a great deal, created amazing dishes, and provided phenomenal service. One of Justin's big goals for the wedding was to have memorable wedding food, and Pink Avocado went above and beyond that goal.”
Best man Dan Redman, owner of Mosaic Wine Group, generously gifted Justin and Sarah with the wine served at the wedding reception. His business “brokers wines from across the globe, with a focus on producers who utilize biodynamic, organic, and sustainable viticulture practices.”
