Real Green Weddings
Not everyone enjoys the same type of wedding cake, which leads to an average of 30% of cake waste. To avoid this waste, Melissa and Erich decided to do miniature desserts and cupcakes, both from small, local vendors. The desserts were purchased from Caf?ozart Bakery and the cupcakes were homemade from Cupcake Cottage. They had absolutely no leftovers!
