Real Green Weddings
Erich and Melissa used local vendors and locally sourced catering done by Chef Pete Catering. Melissa said, “The food came out amazing because it was so fresh!” They decided on a Texas themed buffet, which eliminates food waste that often occurs with a plated dinner. The highlights of the meal were Dr. Pepper glazed ham & pecan encrusted chicken, both locally produced.
