Real Green Weddings
Lisa and Shawn chose to present their guests with local foods typical to the Iron Range in Northern Minnesota. They served vegetarian pasties as the main course made with vegetables that they got from a local food co-op. Lisa's sisters also supplied organic wine.
The wedding cake was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting that was made by a friend at their local food co-op. To add to the delicious options, the bride made organic chocolate tortes and one of her co-workers supplied caramels for the dessert tray.
