Real Green Weddings
Kathy Fewkes and Greg Weyand were married on June 28, 2009 in North Bend, Washington.
About the Couple:
Kathy, an Administrative Assistant for a school district and Greg, who assembles airplane parts for Hexcel, met when their sons played on the same baseball team. They started as friends and soon realized that their friendship had grown into more. They now have a blended family of five sons ranging in ages from 9 to 14, all of whom were attendants at their wedding.
Their Decision to Go Green:
The bride and groom wanted to keep their wedding day as simple as possible while supporting local vendors.This philosophy made for a beautiful green wedding.
