Do you know of a vendor who should be part of our Directory? We are always on the lookout for good examples of eco-friendly wedding services. Please fill out this form and let us know what your experiences were!

If possible, please provide the name of a contact that you worked with. if you interacted with more than one individual, tell us the person with whom you had the MOST contact.

If possible, give us the vendor's phone number so we can reach them to confirm their details.

Also, if possible, provide us with the Web address for the vendor.

If the vendor provided you with one, an e-mail address where they may be reached.
