About the Couple
Molly, an information technology sales rep, and Ian, a Naval officer and medical student, met on e-harmony. The bride confesses, “It's something both of us were bashful to admit at first, but since it worked out so well, we don’t mind sharing that!” The bride and groom's first date included sushi and plate painting. There was an instant connection and Molly and Ian went out for beers after dinner just to keep the date going longer.

Ashley and Jason are both natives of sunny Florida. They met while performing in their university’s production of Cabaret, and from there, they began dating. After graduation, they moved to Chicago together, and three years later, Jason proposed.
Decision to Go Green:
The couple’s decision to go green had the most to do with their style and budget. They wanted to keep it small and personal with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Joann and Chris were married in Napa, California in September 2007.
Both Joann and Chris are designers (he is an industrial designer, and she is a graphic designer) and they met at a branding consultancy in Oakland. Joann describes her husband as "a down to earth, laid-back kind of guy from Australia" and herself as "a more intense, punctual city girl from Hong Kong."
Joann included many DIY elements in the event. "I always wanted to plan my own wedding, so we did not hire a wedding planner, and we were eager to do as much as possible ourselves."
