Founded in London over 40 years ago the New York branch of Jeeves combines luxury dry cleaning with the only method suggested by the Sierra Club and US EPA as safe. Jeeves New York dry cleans using the liquid CO2 method. Jeeves' wedding dress cleaning and preservation service uses the liquid CO2 method to remove soil and stains in the most environmentally friendly method prior to museum preservation. After cleaning every dress is inspected and then packed in acid-neutral material for long term preservation. No plastic is used in our preservation process, the archival storage chamber is recyclable as well as are the preservation materials. Your dress is in contact with unbuffered acid free tissue and unbleached, unsized cotton muslin. Jeeves' employes craftsmen that are museum trained in the art and science of textile preservation.
