Shipping policy:

We are very cautious in shipping during the peak summer months because of the heat melting and affecting the chocolate. Best time to shop/ship chocolate is September- April. We don’t ship at the end of the week because we don’t want your chocolates waiting somewhere over the weekend. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will usually be shipped the following Monday. We cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate, although it’s our utmost priority to ensure your delivery is successful. To that end, we may contact you to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping if the delivery location is projected to have a temperature above 72 degrees. Prior to an order go to weather.com to check the forecasted temperature of your destination and to avoid delayed shipments or the delivery or melted chocolates. If the forecasted temperature is over 72 degrees at your order’s destination, we may contact you to add the warm weather packaging charge of $6.00 to your total if you have not done so already. This will insure that your chocolates will arrive in the most delicious condition.
